Julius Meinl House
Past.Present.Future.
— The historical heart
From here the fortunes of the monarchy’s largest coffee and tea importer were directed.
Today, the historical hall houses the private Coffee-Museum next to the Julius Meinl Coffee Academy, the famous company training center for tomorrow’s top baristas.
The historical hall around 1920.
March 3, 1954: Nauseagasse is renamed “Julius-Meinl-Gasse” after Julius Meinl II.

— Traditionally innovative
Since 1907, the Julius Meinl headquarters in Vienna’s 16th district have housed changing production companies and the administration.
The buildings were constructed between 1907 and 1911. The iconic corner-building housing the headquarters ever since was completed shortly after 1907.
We always strive to be one step ahead of the constant change of times: The use of the premises is still characterized by a spirit of innovation and cross-generational sustainability.
— Full sustainability
With a history going back more than 100 years, the Julius Meinl Haus represents the combination of tradition, ongoing entrepreneurial renewal, and active social responsibility. One could also say: It stands for sustainability in the broadest sense.
